Customers can use the Qup Kiosk to collect their ticket numbers upon arrival.

2. Waiting – At the store
Customers can get real-time queue status through the TV screen connected to the Qup multimedia display, and interesting information content or advertisements can also be displayed to attract customers’ attention.

Customers can check their queue progress through the Qup online system. When their number is about to be called, they will receive a text message or reminder to avoid missing the number.

3. Calling numbers
